Waste return forms

You can download and complete an Excel spreadsheet template which you can email to us (this is our preferred method) or print PDF versions of a quarterly or annual return form (look at your permit to find out which applies to you). 

Forms for England and Wales

There are separate forms for sites in England and in Wales.

The forms for Wales ask for additional information required under the Landfill Allowance Scheme (Wales) Regulations.
