Example application forms for standard rules permits

You can use these example forms as a guide when you are filling out your own application.

This example is an application for a standard rules permit for household and commercial and industrial waste transfer station with treatment (SR2008No3).


This example is based on an application for a standard rules permit for reclamation, restoration or improvement of land (up to 50,000 tones) (SR2010No9).

If you are applying for any of the following standard rules (SR2009No7, SR2009No8, SR2009No9, SR2009No10) you will need to discuss with and submit written evidence to your area contact who can then advise you if your proposed activity is waste recovery.
