Information on how our organisation is structured.
We have offices across England and Wales working on carrying out Government policy, inspecting and regulating businesses and reacting when there is an emergency such as a flood or pollution incident.
However, in Wales a new organisation, Natural Resources Wales, will become operational on 1 April 2013; bringing together the functions of the Countryside Council for Wales, Environment Agency Wales, and the Forestry Commission Wales. The Environment Agency will not manage the environment in Wales from 1 April 2013. Customers in England should not experience any change in our level of service. We will continue to work closely as partners with Natural Resources Wales.
