  Closed fund - strategy and policy

  Funding strategy statement 2010/11 (PDF, 65KB)
  The active fund funding strategy statement sets out the fund-specific strategy that  is used by the Actuary to inform his valuations and determine the employer contribution rate required, taking a prudent longer-term view of funding  of liabilities.

  Statement of investment principles 2010/11 (PDF, 62KB)
  The Statement of Investment Principles sets out the fund specific objectives into a suitable investment strategy for the Fund. The investment strategy takes due account of the specific liability profile of the Fund, together with the planned funding arrangements agreed with the Fund’s Guarantor. This document should be read in conjunction with the Closed Fund Funding Strategy Statement and Investment Strategy.
